About the Role

We are a growing Managed Service Provider (MSP) supporting small and mid-sized businesses throughout Long Island, NY. We are looking for a motivated Level 2 IT Support Technician who enjoys problem-solving, working directly with clients, and continuing to grow their technical skills.

This is a hands-on role supporting desktop environments, Microsoft 365, and small business networks across multiple industries. You’ll work alongside a collaborative team and have opportunities to expand into server, cloud, and infrastructure projects over time.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide remote and onsite IT support to business clients
  • Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 desktop and end-user issues
  • Support Microsoft 365 (user setup, email troubleshooting, Teams, SharePoint basics)
  • Assist with Active Directory user management and Group Policy
  • Troubleshoot basic networking issues (DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi connectivity)
  • Deploy and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and business applications
  • Work within a ticketing system to track and document issues
  • Escalate more complex infrastructure issues when needed
  • Deliver professional, responsive, client-focused customer service

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–4 years of IT support, Help Desk, or MSP experience
  • Strong desktop support and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 environments
  • Working knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs)
  • Good communication skills and comfort working directly with clients
  • Organized, dependable, and eager to continue learning

Nice to Have (Not Required)

  • Experience in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
  • Exposure to virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)
  • Familiarity with firewalls or business networking equipment
  • CompTIA or Microsoft certifications
  • Experience with backup or endpoint security solutions

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
