Role Description

This is a contract role for a Senior Email Marketing Manager at Bowery Boost. As a Senior Email Marketing Manager, you will develop and implement email marketing strategies to drive engagement and conversions.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to create and execute email campaigns, analyze performance metrics, optimize email deliverability, and ensure compliance with industry best practices.

This is a remote position.

Qualifications

Proven experience in email marketing, including strategy development, campaign creation, and analytics.

Strong understanding of email deliverability and compliance best practices.

Familiarity with email marketing platforms, such as Klaviyo and Attentive.

Strong knowledge of customer segments and customer scores for targeted and personalized emails.

Ability to analyze campaign performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for optimization

Excellent communication and project management skills.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Detail-oriented and highly organized.

Familiarity with task management platforms like Asana,

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the content team to develop high-performing brand-enhancing email campaigns: write creative briefs, provide creative feedback, coordinate production and execution,

Build segments and customer scores for targeted and personalized emails,

Develop and manage email marketing campaigns to support key business priorities, including acquisition and retention, brand awareness, new product launches, upgrades, and customer satisfaction,

Track and report on email campaign metrics and revenue attribution,

Develop and implement A/B testing of subject lines, content, CTAs to optimize conversion, satisfaction, and retention.

Requirements

Undergraduate degree

Min 3 years of hands-on experience in email marketing

Technical and creative thinking
