Founded in 2010, in Brooklyn, NY, Buzz Realty is NY‘s hottest & most trusted virtual real estate brokerage with a technological/AI edge.

We are a fully remote cloud-based real estate brokerage licensed in NY state.

Buzz Realty does not offer any base salaries or stipends or guaranteed income of any kind. This opportunity to join our real estate brokerage is 100% commission-based.

When you join the brokerage, you must choose 1 of the 3 commission plans listed below.

100% Commission to Agent

Agent is required to pay monthly Office Dues of $150. Agent's 1st payment is due on the day that they join the brokerage.
Brokerage collects a Transaction Fee of $500 per closed transaction.
No hidden fees at all.

90% Commission to Agent

Agent is required to pay monthly Office Dues of $125. Agent's 1st payment is due on the day that they join the brokerage.
No Transaction Fees or any other hidden fees at all.

80% Commission to Agent

Agent is required to pay monthly Office Dues of $100. Agent's 1st payment is due on the day that they join the brokerage.
No Transaction Fees or any other hidden fees at all.

We’ll train you on everything else that you will need to be successful!

We offer all Agents a FREE optional weekly remote team COACHING session!

Buzz Realty specializes in real estate residential sales and rentals throughout NY state, including upstate & all 5 boroughs of NYC (Brooklyn, Queens, Bronx, Manhattan, & Staten Island) and Long Island (Nassau County & Suffolk County).

We’re looking for 25 tech-savvy and motivated licensed real estate brokers and/or agents to join our virtual real estate brokerage team in NY state.

Ideal Candidate

– You either have a real estate license in NY or are currently working towards earning your license.

– You must live in NY state.

– You must be tech-savvy, reliable, self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, & personable

Responsibilities

– Build relationships with prospective clients & follow-up to see how we can help them.

– Develop & implement marketing plans to find buyers for our clients

– Coordinating and attending showings, inspections, appraisals, closings, etc.

– Updating CRM database w/ client & customer info, updates, status, notes, etc.
