What you’ll do

Oversee front desk operations, welcoming guests with a warm smile and exceptional hospitality.
Manage appointment scheduling using salon software, ensuring efficient time management for both staff and clients.
Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the salon to create a safe and inviting atmosphere.
Assist in retail sales by showcasing products through engaging demos and upselling techniques.
Support beauty professionals with administrative tasks related to services.
Handle social media, to promote salon services and engage with our community online.
Collaborate with the team to enhance guest experiences through innovative ideas and feedback.

Requirements

Proven experience in administrative roles within a beauty or wellness setting is preferred.
Familiarity with MINDBODY or similar salon software is a plus for seamless appointment management.
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members alike.
Experience in retail sales with an understanding of product demonstrations and upselling strategies.
Ability to maintain high sanitation standards in accordance with industry regulations.
A passion for the beauty industry.
Flexibility to adapt in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
