Key Responsibilities

· Sales and leasing of commercial and industrial properties (offices, warehouses, factories, land, and investments)

· Prospecting and canvassing for new clients and opportunities

· Managing listings across TITAN’s marketing platforms

· Building long-term relationships with landlords, investors, and tenants

· Negotiating lease and sale agreements with professionalism and accuracy

What We’re Looking For

· Proven sales or property experience

· Confident, professional, and self-driven individual

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· High levels of motivation, resilience, and accountability

· Entrepreneurial mindset and results-oriented approach

What We Offer

· Comprehensive training, mentorship, and continuous support

· Choice of

o Full commission from day one, or

o R7,500 basic + 25% commission for your first 3 months

· Average time to first deal: 8 weeks

· Year 1 earnings: R600,000 – R800,000 | Year 2: R800,000+
