You Are
The Technology Integrated Delivery Lead for Utilities is responsible for driving end-to-end technology delivery excellence across complex utility client engagements. This role focuses on integrating people, process, and technology to improve delivery outcomes, accelerate value realization, and embed continuous improvement through AI-enabled solutions and automation.
The ideal candidate brings deep experience in technology delivery within the Utilities sector, a strong continuous improvement mindset, and a proven ability to operationalize emerging technologies—particularly AI and automation—into scalable, repeatable mulit-geography delivery models.
The Work
- Managing project/program delivery of technology solutions/applications for Utilities clients with hands-on experience leading teams supporting industry leading platforms (SAP, Salesforce, Oracle, etc) with a team that is distributed across locations and time zones
- Identification and implementation of innovation opportunities leveraging New IT capabilities (Next Generation Testing, Agile Delivery, Continuous Integration, APIs and Microservices) to drive improved cost, quality and speed for a project or program of work
- Performing Stakeholder governance to drive high client satisfaction
- Leading end-to-end delivery across multi-tower technology engagements (applications, infrastructure, data, security, cloud, OT/IT integration)
- Establishing and govern integrated delivery models across onshore, offshore, and third-party providers.
- Driving predictable, high-quality delivery outcomes aligned to client business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Serving as a trusted delivery advisor to utility executives and program sponsors.
Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirement
Here's What You Need - Required
- Minimum of 8 years professional experience
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience managing large scale IMS and/or AMS Technology Programs and Projects
- Minimum of 3 years of experience supporting the Resources Utilities Industry
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working for/with a Consulting and/or Advisory company
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an associate degree with 6 years of work experience)
Bonus Points if
- You have experience with AI/GenAI use cases in IT operations, delivery management, or utility operations.
- You have familiarity with utility-specific platforms (e.g., SAP Utilities, Oracle Utilities, ADMS, GIS, OMS, AMI).
- You have a certification in Agile, AI, ITIL, SAFe, Lean, or Cloud technologies.
Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired as set forth below.
