These Terms of Service apply to Umzim and all of its related websites, apps, communities, and online/offline properties.
“Umzim” and the Umzim logo are trademarks of Umzim Ltd and protected under international copyright law.

1. General Terms and Liability

Umzim accepts no liability for any reliance on the information provided through its websites, apps, or other platforms.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Umzim shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — including, but not limited to, loss of profits, goodwill, data, or other intangible losses — arising from:

a) The use or inability to use Umzim or these Terms;
b) Any statements, conduct, or transactions with any user or third party;
c) Attendance at Umzim events or activities; or
d) Any other matter relating to Umzim.

Total liability is limited to the greater of €100 or the amount of fees (if any) paid in the 12 months before the claim.

2. User Accounts and Authentication

If you create an account or use a third-party sign-in (e.g., Google), we may collect your name, email address, and profile picture solely for verification and personalization.
We do not access your password or unrelated data, and we do not sell or trade your information.

3. Content and Conduct

Users agree to use Umzim only for lawful purposes.
Posting unlawful, harmful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material is prohibited.
We reserve the right to remove such content and permanently ban offenders without refund.

4. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on Umzim platforms are protected by copyright unless otherwise noted.
Reproduction, redistribution, or automated scraping of Umzim content is prohibited without written permission.

5. Payments and Refunds

All payments (if applicable) are subject to Umzim’s discretion.
Refunds are not guaranteed and may be refused without reason.
If a payment fails, Umzim may automatically retry within several days.

6. Availability and Linked Sites

We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services and accept no liability for downtime.
External links are provided for convenience; Umzim is not responsible for their accuracy or legality.

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. The new version will be posted with a revised “Last updated” date.
Material changes will be communicated via email or website notice.
Continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus, regardless of your location of access or use.
