The Data Analyst will turn raw data into actionable insights that drive decision-making across the organization. If you enjoy spotting patterns, building dashboards, and telling stories with numbers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources (internal systems, databases, third-party tools).
- Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that support strategic business decisions.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Excel.
- Collaborate with business units to understand data needs and translate them into clear analytical solutions.
- Create and maintain documentation on data sources, processes, and methodologies.
- Present findings in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of KPIs, metrics, and reporting tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in data science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or a similar role.
- Proficient in SQL, Excel, and Power BI
- Experience with data wrangling tools or languages (e.g., Python, R) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills — ability to simplify complex data for stakeholders.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts, ETL methodologies, database creation and management of servers/DBs
- Knowledge of statistical methods or predictive modeling.
- Experience with EHR data and CRM data (e.g., Salesforce, Kipu, AdvancedMD).
