AestheticMatch connects patients with vetted plastic surgeons and med-spa providers through a high-touch concierge platform. We're scaling fast and looking for a UGC creator who understands how to make authentic, engaging short-form content that converts.

What You'll Do

• Film and edit 15 short-form videos (15–60 seconds) per month for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Use trending sounds, strong hooks, and authentic on-camera delivery to stop scrolls and drive interest.
• Adapt content to different angles: educational, testimonial-style, “behind the scenes,” and storytelling.
• Work from a creative brief but bring your own ideas and creative direction.
• Edit quickly and cleanly for high-volume output (basic text overlays, transitions, captions, trending music).
• Deliver final assets formatted and ready for upload.

You Are

• A proven UGC creator — you've made content for brands, ideally in beauty, aesthetics, or wellness.
• Comfortable on camera and able to convey personality and credibility.
• Skilled with TikTok/Instagram editing tools or CapCut/Premiere.
• Fast, reliable, and open to feedback.
• Understands how to shoot with good lighting, sound, and framing from home.

Deliverables & Pay

• 15 UGC videos/month
• $80 per approved video (paid monthly)
• Clear brief and brand direction provided each month
• Ongoing contract with potential for expanded scope and bonuses for top-performing content
