To support this ambition, we are creating a senior leadership role responsible for developing and delivering our AI strategy and roadmap. This role will work across the Group to identify high-impact opportunities for AI, guide implementation, and ensure that AI becomes a core capability within our organisation.
Job Description
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, identify opportunities for AI adoption, and assess how AI is currently being used across the Group.
- Partner with senior leadership to define the Group’s AI strategy, including the required budget, resources, and governance framework.
- Develop and maintain a global AI roadmap aligned with business priorities.
- Lead AI-related change management, ensuring successful adoption of AI capabilities across the organisation.
- Oversee the delivery of approved AI initiatives, ensuring they are delivered to specification, on time, and within budget.
- Measure and report the productivity gains, operational impact, and cost efficiencies generated by implemented AI solutions.
- Ensure all AI deployments comply with relevant legal, regulatory, privacy, and ethical standards across all operating jurisdictions.
- Provide regular updates and strategic insights on AI initiatives to the Group Board and executive leadership team.
- Maintain awareness of emerging AI technologies, tools, and best practices to evaluate their potential value for the Group.
