[Remote] Field Auto Appraiser

They are seeking a Field Auto Claims Estimator to utilize analytical skills in creating damage estimates for auto claims, ensuring compliance and customer satisfaction while managing a high volume of estimates.

Responsibilities

• Applies thorough understanding of regulatory compliance and fair claims practices
• Builds established relationships with both internal and external customers
• Exhibits proficient estimating fundamentals in order to create estimates of damages on 1st and 3rd party material damage losses
• Processes a deep understanding of the content of all policy types written by the company
• Negotiates settlements, makes settlement payments and documents all activities in the file within escalated authority limits
• Responsible for preparing a high volume of daily estimates (typically 11–12 or more)
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Manage workload to meet tight deadlines and support team objectives
