Cyber Security Manager Job Description

The Facility-Related Control System (FRCS) Cybersecurity Manager will install, configure, calibrate, operate, and maintain hardware and software of IT, and OT of FRCS.

The Contractor shall employ user access and privileged user access to Navy Networks and Information Systems in conjunction with skills in systems administration, network administration, and control system security.

The FRCS Cybersecurity Manager shall leverage excellent oral and written communication skills to work with multiple stakeholders and gain understanding of mission dependencies of systems and components.

Responsibilities include implementing, maintaining, and assessing cybersecurity on systems and components, and following procedures to coordinate activities and preserve availability and functional integrity of services.

This role requires United States Citizenship and a security clearance adequate to obtain user and privileged user access to Navy Networks and Information Systems.

• Bachelor of Science in Engineering, Computer science, or Information Systems and 5+ years of prior relevant experience; 4 additional years of experience may be utilized
• Credentials that meet DoD Cyber Workforce requirements for specialty codes 441 (Network Operations Specialist), 451 (Systems Administration Specialist), and 462 (Control System Security Specialist) at the intermediate level
• Security clearance adequate to obtain user and privileged user access to Navy Networks and Information Systems
