Job Summary
Under the direction of the Head of Value Based Healthcare the post holder will play a key role in the delivery of the Value Based Healthcare strategy for ABUHB. The post holder will be required to directly support the design, coordination, delivery & evaluation of VBHC projects to ensure we are measuring and delivering the best possible outcomes for our population and ensuring the best use of resources and finances.

This post is fixed term/secondment for 9 months to meet the needs of the service.

Main duties of the job
To support and implement projects within the VBHC programme, working closely with clinical and non-clinical leads across all domains with in the healthcare system.
You will scope and develop robust project plan's for the Value Based Health Care workstreams in conjunction with key stakeholders.
Develop the measurement of impact and tracking of benefits to the clinical teams and partner organisations, and lead on the reporting and feedback within ABUHB to support programme development.
You will need to communicate to, and gain support from, internal and external stakeholders.
Ensure robust measurement, supporting the development of outcomes measures across ABUHB to inform programme boards of progress.
Working with the Heads of business delivery and development & finance teams, develop analytical models on outcomes and costs across complete pathways of care, working closely with clinical teams and other professionals (especially around patient outcomes, finance, and costing teams) to support delivery of Value Based Health Care projects.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
