In this hands-on and process-driven role, you will be instrumental in collecting, organizing, and refining AI-produced content, specifically presentations and slide edits across various industry sectors. What You’ll Do

• Stay informed on new industry insights, releases, and features, sharing valuable learnings with cross-functional teams.
• Configure and adapt testing environments within various AI tools, following and evolving instructions from product teams.
• Execute structured test prompts through AI tools, ensuring precise and consistent application.
• Capture and meticulously save all AI outputs (including images, slides, decks, and text) in required formats, adhering to consistent file naming conventions.
• Organize outputs into appropriate cloud storage folders for easy access, traceability, and evaluation.
• Track progress against detailed run lists, guaranteeing comprehensive coverage and thorough documentation of all scenarios.
• Manage multiple concurrent requests efficiently, delivering high-quality results within established timelines.
• Proactively identify and flag system issues, communicating status updates clearly and promptly to the product team.
• Document the evolution and changes of AI tools over time, noting any impacts on analysis.

What You’ll Bring

• *Must-Have Qualifications:**
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or operational field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 2+ years of experience in a technical operations, research, or production support role, ideally within a software, AI, or digital content environment.
• Demonstrated experience with a variety of AI tools and an awareness of AI industry insights, news, and ongoing evolution.
• Proven ability to follow structured processes and adapt effectively to changing requirements.
• Proficiency with office productivity software, particularly presentation and spreadsheet applications.
• Experience with cloud storage platforms and fundamental file management practices.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear collaboration and reporting.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications

• Experience supporting AI, machine learning, or content evaluation workflows.
• Basic experience with content visualization software.
• Prior exposure to prompt engineering, output validation, or structured testing environments.
