Armed Security Guard

As a member of our elite armed security guards, you are the best form of crime prevention that we offer. You will present a clean, crisp image and conduct yourself with pride and a high degree of professionalism at all times. You have expertise in a range of security topics and are comfortable handling firearms when needed as well as having the applicable permit to carry a weapon. You may be responsible for foot patrols, monitoring building access, monitoring electronic screening equipment or video surveillance, operating alarm systems, writing reports and other duties as assigned.

• Perform unannounced checkups of client locations
• Monitor the uniform and appearance of guards
• Provide 24/7 supervision in the field
• Reinforce job duties and responsibilities
• Monitor warning tag systems
• Hold regular Field Office and Area Manager inspections
• Maintain operation outline
• Ensure that guards maintain the standards of conduct at all times

Available Schedules

• Full Time: 5 days at 8 hours, 4 days at 10 hours
• Part Time: Less than 32 hours each week.

Compensation

• Armed Security Guard: $23.00 – $26.00

Recommended Experience

• Two (2) Years In Corporate Security Field With Direct Client Interaction.
• Three (3) Years Military Experience (DD214 With Honorable Discharge).

Required Experience

• High School Diploma Or Equivalent
• CA BSIS Guard License
• (Higher Education And Additional Training Is Preferred)
