Aspire Health is seeking a Remote Customer Service Representative to serve as a key point of contact for patients, caregivers, and internal partners. This role is ideal for individuals who are professional, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service, all while enjoying the flexibility of remote work.

Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally
  • Assist patients and clients with general questions, services, and scheduling
  • Resolve issues efficiently while maintaining a calm, empathetic approach
  • Accurately document all interactions in internal systems
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and follow HIPAA guidelines
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary
  • Provide consistent, high-quality customer support

Qualifications

  • Must currently reside in the United States
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred
  • Healthcare or call center experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Basic computer and data entry skills
