Mandatory Skills
- Strong experience in Computer Vision, Perception Systems, Robotics Engineering, and Sensor Fusion
- Hands-on experience with ML model development for vision systems (object detection, tracking, segmentation, etc.)
- Proficient in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenCV, ROS
- Experience with real-time embedded systems, robotics control, simulation tools, and perception pipelines
- Strong background in motion planning, SLAM, 3D reconstruction, LiDAR/Radar/Camera data processing
- Ability to build, optimize, and deploy CV/ML models in production
- Experience in autonomous systems or robotics products is a strong advantage
- Relevant Education (MS/PhD in CS, Robotics, AI, Machine Learning, Computer Vision)
- PhD strongly preferred (must be in AI/ML/CV/Robotics - no irrelevant PhDs)
- Experience working with top-tier companies (Tesla, Apple, Google, Nvidia, Meta, Amazon Robotics, etc.)
- Candidates with publications, patents, research work, or thesis in Computer Vision / Robotics will be highly prioritized
- Degrees from Tier-1 institutions preferred
