Responsibilities

• Define and execute the engineering vision and roadmap for the Data Experiences and Analytics Visualization Platform
• Oversee the architecture, design, and development of scalable, reliable, and high-performance data and visualization products
• Ensure best practices in software engineering, data engineering, and visualization technologies
• Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing engineering team
• Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Drive talent acquisition, retention, and professional development
• Partner with Product, Design, Data Science, and other stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions that deliver value and impact
• Advocate for the voice of the customer in all engineering decisions
• Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for engineering quality, delivery, and reliability
• Implement robust processes for agile development, code quality, testing, and deployment
• Manage budgets, resources, and vendor relationships as needed
• Stay abreast of industry trends in data analytics, visualization, and platform engineering
• Evaluate and adopt new technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge
• Champion a data-driven culture across the organization
