Duties

Learn and know what we can offer to our guests to book tours.
Great adventurous attitude that knows how to explain through strong communication skills and text.
Enter and update data accurately into various programs, ensuring completeness and correctness of information
Manage order entry processes efficiently, verifying details and processing transactions promptly
Utilize ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to track inventory, sales, and customer information
Maintain organized filing systems for easy retrieval of documents and records
Perform data collection tasks from multiple sources, ensuring consistency and integrity of information
Use Microsoft Excel to create pivot tables, analyze data trends, and generate reports for management review
Conduct transcription of audio or written materials into digital formats with high accuracy
Support clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and preparing correspondence
Assist customers via phone or email by providing timely responses and resolving inquiries with professionalism
Collaborate with team members to improve administrative workflows and enhance overall efficiency
Ensure all data entry activities comply with company policies and confidentiality standards

Skills

Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for data analysis and reporting
Experience working with databases and ERP systems for efficient data management
Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed to meet productivity goals
Knowledge of data entry procedures, including order processing and data collection techniques
Prior office or clerical experience demonstrating organizational skills and attention to detail
Basic math skills for verifying numerical data and performing calculations as needed
Experience with filing systems, document management, and record-keeping practices
Strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment
Ability to adapt quickly to new software tools or systems used within the organization
Excellent communication skills for providing outstanding customer service via phone or email
