Branch Support Specialist – Washington – DC

We are looking for a capable resource to coordinate, ranging from simple activities to more complex plans. This role will provide on-site/ on-call assistance to end-users within the organization’s desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion to ensure optimal service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver on-site and remote support for hardware, software, and infrastructure at branch locations
  • Troubleshoot end-user issues with applications, connectivity, VPNs, and more
  • Support and maintain in-house and third-party software, including market data applications
  • Act as escalation point for Helpdesk issues; collaborate with Network Services and global support teams
  • Maintain ticketing records, documentation, and ensure policy compliance
  • Assist in home office setup and remote work support (firm-issued or personal laptops + VMs)
  • Participate in after-hours and weekend on-call rotation
  • Stay updated on new technologies and internal tools

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of field support experience, preferably in a branch environment
  • Background in supporting financial services clients is highly desirable
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience (3 years of progressive experience = 1 year of education)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and general enterprise IT tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. – We are not sponsoring visas at this time

Candidates must be local or willing to work on-site. Travel to the surrounding branch offices may be required.
