What You’ll Do
As the General Manager, you will be the driving force behind
daily operations, team leadership, and financial performance. You will be
responsible for maintaining our brand standards, guest satisfaction, and a
dynamic, high-energy environment while also ensuring profitability and
efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Operations Leadership
- Lead
and inspire a team of managers and hourly staff to deliver an exceptional
guest experience
- Uphold
THE ONE GROUP’s world-class service and hospitality standards
- Oversee
all restaurant functions, including business strategy, marketing, and risk
management
- Maintain
compliance with corporate policies, food safety standards, and health
regulations
Team Development & Staffing
- Recruit,
hire, and onboard top-tier talent to support a high-performance culture
- Coach,
train, and mentor team members to drive excellence and career growth
- Conduct
regular performance evaluations and team-building initiatives
Financial & Business Performance
- Monitor
sales, labor, and operating costs to maximize profitability
- Develop
marketing initiatives and networking strategies to increase guest traffic
and sales
- Set
and execute sales forecasts, budget goals, and profitability strategies
- Ensure
compliance with all financial reporting and cost management standards
What We’re Looking For

8+ years of leadership experience in
high-volume, full-service dining (steakhouse or upscale dining preferred)
·
A proven track record of driving sales, managing budgets, and leading
successful teams
·
Strong business acumen, financial expertise, and decision-making skills
·
A passion for hospitality, guest engagement, and high-energy environments
·
Tech-savvy with experience in restaurant
POS systems (MICROS, Aloha, OpenTable, etc.)
·
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy restaurant atmosphere
