In this hybrid role, you will support customer engagement through CRM, newsletters, and lead nurturing, while also managing SEO/SEA strategies and executing digital content. You’ll play a key part in growing traffic, leads, and content performance across Retail, Industry, and Labeling sectors. In this hybrid role, you will support customer engagement through CRM, newsletters, and lead nurturing, while also managing SEO/SEA strategies and executing digital content. You’ll play a key part in growing traffic, leads, and content performance across Retail, Industry, and Labeling sectors. Ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, this position offers a unique opportunity to blend automation tools, content creation, CRM strategies, and performance marketing in a dynamic, international environment.
Your tasks
- Research and generate contact lists (e.g., ZoomInfo)
- Manage CRM lead lists, segmentation, and tagging (Microsoft Dynamics)
- Support campaign journeys, newsletter creation, and form workflows
- Monitor engagement KPIs (opens, clicks, MQL stages), and report insights
- Collaborate with Sales to support follow-up and lead hand-off
- Create digital content: newsletters, blogs, landing pages, short-form copy
- Localize content across the US, Canada, and Mexico when needed
- Assist with product, solution, and brand campaign execution
- Execute on-page SEO updates and keyword strategies
- Plan and manage paid search campaigns (Google, LinkedIn)
- Track website traffic, bounce rate, conversions, and improve page performance
- Use UTM tagging, Google Analytics, and CRM insights to optimize
- Bachelor’s in Marketing, Communications, or similar
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing or CRM engagement
- Hands-on with CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)
- Experience with ZoomInfo or lead intelligence tools
- Familiar with SEO/SEA and basic PPC campaign setup
- Basic proficiency in digital content tools (Canva, WordPress, Adobe, etc.)
- English fluency required; Spanish or French a plus
- Strong writing/editing, attention to detail, and proactive mindset
