Role Overview

We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer with 2 – 4 years experience to join our on-site team in Cape Town. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating high-quality visual content across multiple platforms to support our marketing and branding initiatives. This includes the design of digital assets, branding materials, and typography that align with the company's creative vision and brand identity.

This role is Monday to Friday, 8:00 - 17:00 and is based in Century City, Cape Town.

Key Responsibilities

Creative Design and Brand Development

• Design and produce a variety of visual assets, including eBooks, social media ads, landing pages, infographics, video ads, mailers, and web banners.
• Ensure all creative outputs maintain a consistent and professional brand identity.
• Translate marketing objectives into visually appealing and effective designs.
• Contribute to the overall creative direction and strategy of the organization.
• Liaise with clients and present designs when necessary.

Collaboration

• Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that align with campaign goals.
• Partner with content creators, developers, and other designers to bring concepts to life across digital platforms.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative design ideas.
• Provide and receive constructive feedback to ensure alignment with brand standards and creative direction.
• Support internal stakeholders with design needs for presentations, proposals, and communications.

Skill Requirements

• Adobe Creative Cloud applications: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects
• Figma for web and interface design
• Basic Video Editing experience
• Motion Graphics knowledge is a plus (training can be provided for assets we produce)
• Familiarity with AI tools or models to enhance and produce visual content is advantageous
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Creative thinker with strong visual storytelling skills.
