Blackbaud is looking for an innovative and experienced Cyber Security Manager to lead a dedicated team focused on securing AI-driven solutions in alignment with our strategic business objectives. This is a critical position that combines the roles of an AI security solutions architect and an engineering manager, aimed at fostering secure practices in AI development.

The ideal candidate will be pivotal in promoting secure AI solutions and ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards. You'll be recognized as the Cyber AI expert across various cybersecurity domains and will play a key role in automating cyber processes while building AI-powered security capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering teams to secure AI implementations, ensuring adherence to industry standards and internal regulatory frameworks.
• Act as the primary cyber AI security solutions architect, engaging in technical discussions with enterprise architects and leadership.
• Ensure that all AI and cybersecurity initiatives comply with relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies, while keeping pace with changes in the regulatory environment.
• Serve as the go-to authority on AI security, providing guidance across cybersecurity domains and leading community knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of Cyber Solution Architects and Engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Monitor and enhance the security of the company's cyber cloud infrastructure.
• Drive the adoption of AI and automation technologies to improve cyber capabilities and deliver tangible business benefits.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of engineering experience, with a strong background in managing infrastructure and systems.
• 5+ years of experience in a leadership role overseeing cloud infrastructure.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms, including Microsoft Azure and AWS.
• Deep technical understanding of AI technologies and frameworks.
• Proven experience architecting and delivering AI and machine learning solutions with a focus on security and compliance.
• Strong expertise in cybersecurity principles and industry best practices.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of conveying complex technical ideas to varied audiences.
• Outstanding project management and organizational skills, with a proven record in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and cybersecurity cloud infrastructure management.
• Experience in automating security operations and integrating AI solutions into cybersecurity workflows.
• Proven track record of managing global teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong coordination and project management skills; experience building Generative AI features is a plus.
• Background in prompt engineering and optimizing LLM behavior.
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or AWS Certified Solutions Architect.

The starting base pay ranges from $117,200.00 to $157,500.00, commensurate with qualifications, market considerations, and company resources.
