Position Overview

As a Tier 1.5 Technician, you will transition from basic Tier 1 support to more advanced technical challenges, making significant strides in your IT career. Core Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated Tier 1 support tickets, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Assist Tier 2 technicians in diagnosing and resolving complex technical problems involving Microsoft 365 applications, Windows operating systems, and basic network configurations.
  • Perform system upgrades, installations, and configurations under the guidance of senior team members.
  • Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and proactive maintenance of IT systems.
  • Document support interactions, solutions provided, and maintain accurate records of client configurations.

Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably within an MSP environment.
  • Must speak fluent Spanish
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving Tier 1 support tickets, including familiarity with Microsoft 365 applications, Windows desktop operating systems, and basic networking concepts.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with clients and colleagues.
