Job Summary
The SEO Specialist (AI & LLM Expertise) will lead the charge in driving Brello's organic visibility and search dominance across both traditional and AI-powered platforms. This role demands a blend of technical SEO mastery, content optimization, and innovation in semantic search strategies—particularly focusing on Large Language Model (LLM) search engines such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, and Claude.
You'll play a pivotal role in shaping Brello's SEO roadmap post-domain migration, building schema structures, and developing AI-assisted workflows that scale insights while maintaining human authenticity and brand tone. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, innovative, and able to translate complex technical data into actionable, measurable growth.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a full SEO strategy aligned with Brello's growth roadmap and campaign calendar.
- Conduct keyword and competitive research across wellness, longevity, and weight management categories.
- Optimize product pages, blogs, and landing pages for high-intent and compliance-safe search terms.
- Implement metadata (titles, descriptions, schema, H1s) and ensure proper internal linking.
- Partner with creative and content teams to produce EEAT-driven content that balances education and engagement.
Technical SEO
- Conduct comprehensive site health audits, identifying crawl, indexation, and Core Web Vitals issues.
- Collaborate with developers to improve site structure, mobile responsiveness, and page speed.
- Maintain XML sitemaps, canonical structures, and proper redirect handling.
- Implement SEO best practices across WooCommerce and WordPress environments.
- Validate proper tracking and event data with the analytics and dev teams.
AI & LLM Optimization
- Leverage tools like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude for keyword clustering, content briefing, and metadata enhancement.
- Research AI search behaviors (SGE, Perplexity, etc.) to surface new organic growth opportunities.
- Develop prompt frameworks and AI-assisted workflows that enhance team efficiency while retaining brand voice.
- Document and refine AI workflows to improve scalability, tone accuracy, and performance.
Collaboration & Alignment
- Partner with Content, Paid Media, Email, and CRO teams to maintain cohesive messaging and funnel alignment.
- Provide SEO insights for new campaign launches, landing page builds, and creative briefs.
- Maintain project updates and deliverables in ClickUp or Monday.com for visibility and collaboration.
Reporting & Analytics
- Track SEO KPIs (organic traffic, keyword rank, CTR, conversions) via GA4, GSC, and SEMrush.
- Create monthly reports highlighting progress, insights, and next-step recommendations.
- Deliver quarterly executive summaries focusing on strategic growth and performance trends.
- Interpret AI data and search insights through human narrative reporting for leadership presentations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in SEO, including technical, on-page, and off-page strategies.
- Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, and Surfer SEO.
- Understanding of schema, Core Web Vitals, and modern SEO frameworks.
- Familiarity with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity) and prompt engineering.
- Strong analytical and writing skills, with the ability to interpret complex data clearly.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing SEO for DTC/eCommerce or wellness brands.
- Proven success improving organic visibility through LLM/AI search ecosystems.
- Familiarity with backlink development, digital PR, and content collaboration.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and web architecture for technical troubleshooting.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $120,000–$150,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
