Job Description

  • Drive the execution, optimization, and quality control of Paid Social and Google Ads campaigns
  • Manage daily workflows and support operations across campaign builds, targeting, budgets, bids, and tracking
  • Monitor live campaigns daily to ensure accurate delivery, pacing, and performance against client KPIs
  • Recommend and implement optimizations to improve campaign performance
  • Oversee and own pixel implementation, event setup, and conversion tracking
  • Support reporting by ensuring data accuracy across platforms and internal reporting tools
  • Evaluate new platforms/features/opportunities and develop strategic POVs
  • Serve as technical consultant and assist clients with troubleshooting pixels and page access issues
  • Follow established QA checklists, build standards, and operational workflows
  • Facilitate proactive and timely communication with cross-functional teams

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Paid Social, Paid Search, and/or digital media operations
  • Fluency in executing campaigns in Meta and Google Ads across all campaign types and objectives
  • Strong working knowledge of each platforms’ capabilities, features, and best practices
  • Working knowledge of conversion tracking, pixels, and Google Tag Manager
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred, with a concentration in advertising, marketing, business administration, communications, or related field
  • Hands on experience in The Trade Desk, Beeswax, TikTok, Snapchat, and LinkedIn
  • Basic knowledge of JavaScript for tag troubleshooting.
