Position Summary
C5T is seeking a Junior-Level Software Developer who possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. This Team provides development and support of GATES, a mission-critical application providing cargo and passenger manifesting and in transit visibility requirements for the DoD. We are seeking a Software Developer with experience developing Web applications to be part of the large team. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks. This position operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems and contributes to deliverables and performance metrics.
Location: O'Fallon, IL (ECS Office). Primarily in prime contractor workspaces, with some time in company offices and occasional telework.

• Learns the technology, frameworks, and tools and then applies this knowledge to work assigned.
• Follows the development processes, guidelines, and agreed upon coding standards.
• Learns the Development, Test, and Integration Environment (DTIE) to efficiently deliver functionality through the team's DevSecOps pipeline.
• Performs code reviews on development or sustainment branches.
• Develops high quality code, including test cases.
• Do appropriate levels of test and integration on the functionality assigned to support the team's DevSecOps pipeline.
  

Required Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree related to computing, or the equivalent years of experience working in a related technical field.
• An active Security+ certification or the ability to obtain one.
• Current SECRET security clearance or the ability to obtain one.
  

Desired Qualifications

• Java 8 and 11, Oracle 12C and 19, Springboot, Angular, DevSEcOps, HTML5, CSS, PLSQL, SQL, XML, JavaScript, scripting languages
• Agile Methodology
• Experience with IntelliJ, Toad, Gradle, GIT
• Experience with Linux (RHEL 7) and Windows Server 2016 platforms
