Carhartt WIP (Work In Progress)Carhartt WIP is part of the WIP Trading AG. Our family-owned business group started as a licensee and European distributor of the US workwear manufacturer Carhartt in the early 1990s. Since then, it develops its own collections based on workwear originals.

Over the course of the past three decades, our business has developed organically, along with its customers, the culture that surrounds the brand, and its employees who have helped shape what Carhartt WIP is today.
For our office in Berlin (Kreuzberg), we're looking for a Graphic Designer (m/f/x).
Your Responsibilities
- Designing and developing visual concepts and graphics for marketing campaigns, both online and offline (e.g. social media, newsletter, and website assets; POS; out-of-home advertising).
- Planning and designing printed materials and publications, including layouts, image editing and preparing print files, while monitoring the process to ensure designs are implemented correctly.
- Designing and developing graphics for global marketing projects and brand events.
- Creating and developing visuals for the clothing collection, including seasonal prints, patterns and motifs.
- Working closely with the Art Director, as well as attending planning and feedback meetings with creative, marketing, and collection departments.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to ensure all visual materials align with our brand identity and strategy.
Your Profile
- Strong interest in fashion, contemporary culture and design, with a solid understanding of the Carhartt WIP consumer.
- Knowledge of marketing trends and brand competitors in the fashion industry.
- A degree in graphic design, communication design, or a comparable qualification.
- Relevant professional experience as a graphic designer and/or apparel graphic designer.
- Proficient with design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and After Effects (experience with 3D animation software such as Blender and Cinema 4D is an advantage).
- Experience in designing digital assets, using 3D animation, and producing printed materials or publications.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Strong command of written and spoken English (German is an advantage).
