Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, wine, and beverages with consistency, artistry, and efficiency
Provide knowledgeable recommendations on cocktails, wine, and spirits to enhance the guest experience
Uphold proper recipes, garnishes, and presentation standards to reflect Casa Tua's refined service style
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and full stock of the bar at all times
Collaborate with servers and support staff to ensure seamless and timely service
Engage warmly with guests at the bar and in the dining room, offering an elevated and welcoming experience
Adhere to all safety, sanitation, and responsible alcohol service guidelines
Support the overall service team by anticipating guest needs and contributing to a polished dining experience

Experience

Previous experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale restaurant
Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and premium spirits; mixology training a plus
Excellent communication and hospitality skills with a guest-first mindset
Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment

Morning and evening availability; open schedule and flexibility required
