About The Role
As a Cloud Engineer at Cascadia Healthcare, you’ll be responsible for provisioning, configuring, and maintaining our cloud systems, with a focus on automation, security, and operational excellence. You’ll work closely with the IT team to deliver robust, scalable, and secure cloud solutions that support our mission.
Key Responsibilities
- Provision and configure cloud systems, primarily using Microsoft Azure.
- Manage device enrollment, compliance, and endpoint security with Microsoft platforms (Entra, Intune, Azure Virtual Desktop, etc.).
- Develop and maintain automation scripts for routine tasks (PowerShell required).
- Support cloud migrations and integrations.
- Monitor and optimize system performance and cloud resource usage.
- Assist with cloud security measures and compliance standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting.
- Collaborate with IT, engineering, and security teams on projects and incident response.
- Participate in process improvements and technical troubleshooting
Required Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in cloud engineering.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Azure and PowerShell.
- Experience with Microsoft platforms such as Entra, Intune, or Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD).
- Understanding of networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments.
- Good troubleshooting and documentation skills.
- Experience with Meraki network management.
- Experience with AWS, Bash, or Python.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, ARM, Ansible, CloudFormation).
- Experience with DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions).
- Cloud networking expertise (VNets, VPNs, load balancers).
- Multi-cloud or hybrid environment experience.
- Advanced troubleshooting and incident response.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Solutions Architect).
- Experience in healthcare environments.
