Systems Engineer

Classification: Contract
Contract Length: 3+ months
Requires travel to various locations throughout the US
Position Summary
We are seeking a Systems Engineer to support system deployments, troubleshooting, and day-to-day infrastructure operations across mid to large size business environment
Responsibilities

• Stage and deploy laptops, desktops, printers, and related hardware.
• Manage Active Directory: user accounts, access permissions, group policies.
• Support clinical/medical application integrations and troubleshoot system issues.
• Resolve access issues across Windows environments, NAS/SAN storage, and servers.
• Oversee and support server infrastructure across all server types.
• Assist with small-scale project management, coordinating tasks and timelines.
• Handle system outages and maintenance windows
  

Requirements

• Experience with Windows systems, AD administration, and device deployment
• Understanding of NAS/SAN environments and server troubleshooting
• Experience with Printers, Scanners and other peripherals
• Familiarity with clinical/medical application workflows (preferred)
• Ability to manage tasks independently in a small-team setting
• Strong communication and customer service orientation
