Responsibilities We are seeking a motivated Security Specialist, Site Lead to support the day-to-day physical and personnel security operations of a fast-paced cleared facility supporting classified communications and programs. This role is critical to ensuring compliance with NISPOM, DCSA requirements and internal security procedures while enabling mission operations. The successful candidate is operationally focused, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently while coordinating closely with corporate security leadership, program teams, IT, and facilities. This position will also provide surge or rotational support to other cleared facilities.

Key duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Serve as the primary on-site security POC for a cleared off-site facility supporting classified secure areas, communications, and programs.
• Implement and enforce physical security controls for classified areas, secure rooms, and restricted spaces.
• Manage access control, visitor processing, badging, and escort procedures.
• Ensure proper safeguarding, storage, and handling of classified materials in coordination with program and IT staff.
• Respond to and document security incidents, infractions, or violations; support inquiries and investigations as required.
