Role Description

You’ll support our operations and leadership team with responsibilities such as the following:

  • Owning technical issues from first report to full resolution
  • Troubleshooting payment terminals, POS systems, gateways, and integrations
  • Supporting merchants with deposits, batching, connectivity, and processing errors
  • Coordinating with processors, gateways, and internal teams until issues are resolved
  • Documenting root causes and solutions to prevent repeat issues
  • Maintaining clean support logs, notes, and internal documentation
  • Improving systems, workflows, and technical processes

You may be a strong fit if

  • Able to translate technical issues into plain language for merchants
  • Willing to research, test, and verify solutions independently
  • Documents fixes so problems don’t repeat
  • Performs well in fast-moving, high-expectation environments
  • You follow problems until the end
  • You are comfortable being the point person for technical ownership
  • You operate well with autonomy and responsibility

Experience with payments, POS systems, terminals, or technical support is helpful—but not required.
