Role Description
You’ll support our operations and leadership team with responsibilities such as the following:
- Owning technical issues from first report to full resolution
- Troubleshooting payment terminals, POS systems, gateways, and integrations
- Supporting merchants with deposits, batching, connectivity, and processing errors
- Coordinating with processors, gateways, and internal teams until issues are resolved
- Documenting root causes and solutions to prevent repeat issues
- Maintaining clean support logs, notes, and internal documentation
- Improving systems, workflows, and technical processes

- Able to translate technical issues into plain language for merchants
- Willing to research, test, and verify solutions independently
- Documents fixes so problems don’t repeat
- Performs well in fast-moving, high-expectation environments
- You follow problems until the end
- You are comfortable being the point person for technical ownership
- You operate well with autonomy and responsibility
Experience with payments, POS systems, terminals, or technical support is helpful—but not required.
