Creatio Architect

Coforge is hiring for a Creatio Architect who will design and implement complex CRM/BPM solutions on the Creatio platform. The role involves guiding development teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications, and overseeing integrations for optimal workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Designs, builds, and guides the implementation of complex CRM/BPM solutions on the Creatio platform, acting as a bridge between business needs and technical execution, defining system architecture, ensuring scalability, mentoring teams, and overseeing integrations for optimal workflow automation, focusing on both business value and technical feasibility
• Solution Design: Architecting end-to-end Creatio solutions, defining reusable components, and selecting appropriate designs for complex business processes
• Technical Leadership: Guiding development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices, and mentoring junior members on Creatio architecture
• Business Alignment: Translating complex business requirements into technical specifications, working with analysts and stakeholders
• Integration & Development: Overseeing integrations with third-party systems, customizing processes, and sometimes building complex components
• Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Creatio's capabilities, BPM engine, and low-code/no-code tools
• Project Oversight: Involved in planning, governance, and ensuring timely, quality delivery
