Job Summary

As a Principal Architect you will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological landscape of our organization. With a focus on Python and Generative AI you will drive innovation in Research and Development as well as Sales and Marketing domains. Your expertise will be crucial in developing cutting-edge solutions that align with our strategic goals ensuring impactful contributions to the companys success.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of advanced architectures using Python and Generative AI to enhance research and development processes.
• Oversee the integration of AI-driven solutions within sales and marketing strategies to optimize performance and customer engagement.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to teams fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging AI technologies in product development and market expansion.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software development and AI implementation to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient architectural solutions.
• Conduct thorough research to stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends applying insights to enhance project outcomes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for architectural frameworks and processes ensuring clarity and consistency.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower teams with the knowledge and skills needed to excel in AI-driven initiatives.
• Evaluate and recommend tools and platforms that align with organizational goals and enhance productivity.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations in all architectural designs and implementations.
• Monitor project progress and performance providing timely feedback and adjustments to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope objectives and deliverables ensuring alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

• Possess extensive experience in Python programming and Generative AI technologies.
• Demonstrate a strong background in research and development with a focus on innovative solutions.
• Exhibit expertise in sales and marketing strategies leveraging AI for enhanced outcomes.
• Hold a degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field with relevant certifications.
• Showcase excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
• Display strong communication skills capable of articulating complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Have a proven track record of successful project delivery in a hybrid work model.

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until February 8th 2026. The annual salary for this position is between $140- $160K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

Please note, this role is not able to offer visa transfer or sponsorship now or in the future.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
