confidentialThe AI Senior Business Analyst is responsible for strategic planning and innovation work products through the analysis of external and internal business functions and process requirements. This role collaborates with stakeholders to develop roadmaps and conduct planning based on project and practice requirements. The incumbent conducts research on advancements in AI, digital transformation, and advanced process automation to recommend new solutions that meet client needs and position the firm advantageously. This position supports the development of tools, best practices, and project execution strategies to drive innovation and change. Job Duties:Works with AI & Innovation team to establish scope, deliverables, and resource requirementsDevelops and executes comprehensive data and AI strategies to enhance customer experiencesConducts market research and gathers customer insights to drive product development; analyzes new solutions to determine fit gap with key use casesDocuments user stories in product backlogs and performs regular backlog grooming for AI capabilitiesCollaborates with engineering teams to design, build, and refine AI-driven features and capabilitiesWorks closely with cross-functional teams to ensure product vision alignment and drive successful executionMeasures product performance and identifies opportunities for optimization and growthImplements metrics and KPIs to track the success of AI initiativesArticulates value proposition of new AI and technology features to stakeholders and prepares presentations for senior leadersDevelops domain knowledge across various service lines (government services, energy, healthcare, etc.)Communicates milestones to stakeholders in a clear, accurate, and timely mannerCollaborates with multi-disciplinary teams to drive adoption of new solutionsConducts needs assessments and requirements gathering while developing business process models to meet industry needs and client goalsCoordinates across focus areas (industry/sector and IT) to support development of user stories and product design workshopsPerforms roadmap prioritization and multi-phase planning for new products and servicesLeads intake process and communicates product backlog progress, challenges, resolutions, and milestones to stakeholdersDevelops tools and best practices for project executionPerforms cost benefit analysis and recommends solutionsManages multiple priorities, commitments, and projects using an Agile approach Supervisory Responsibilities:Serves as main team lead for other business analysts and sets the standards for requirements gathering (templates, processes, and/or approvals)Oversees the quality of the work of other business analysts to ensure a cohesive approach Education:High school diploma or equivalent, requiredBachelor’s degree, preferredfocus in data, technology, STEM, preferred Experience:Five (5) to seven (7) years of experience in data and/or AI technology business analysis, product management, and/or strategy, required Experience as an Agile practitioner collaborating across multi-disciplinary pods, requiredPrevious hands-on experience with value stream mapping and predictive modeling, requiredExperience with roadmap prioritization and communicating benefits of new technology, requiredExperience with Lean Six Sigma and business process re-engineering, preferred Certifications:Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or equivalent certification, preferredLean Six Sigma certification, preferredProject Management Professional (PMP), preferredCertified Scrum Master (CSM), preferred Software:Experience with AI/ML solutions, digital applications, and modern cloud-based platforms, requiredProficiency with business analysis and project management tools[KM8] [MK9] [KM10] (e.g.,Confluence, Jira, Asana, ClickUp, Monday.com, Aha!, or Azure DevOps), requiredExperience with Visio, Miro, Mural, Figma, and other product design tools, preferred Other Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and meet deadlinesSelf starter with ability to work as part of a teamAbility to work in large, complex, and fast-paced organizationsAbility to utilize technology to solve customer challengesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to learn quickly, think creatively, and lead others in adapting to change and new technologiesAbility to bridge gaps between business and technologyAbility to present information clearly to diverse audiencesStrong technical comprehension and ability to conduct tech market researchStrong problem-solving skills and mature judgmentPossesses excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and prioritiesAbility to travel as required by client/business needs
