IT Help Desk Analyst - Support & Troubleshooting 💰 Salary: $50,000 - 65,000 per year

📝 Rquirements
- Associates Degree or equivalent in Information Technology or a related field is necessary.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience is preferred.
- Experience in computer and phone hardware repair is advantageous.
- Knowledge of a diverse range of technology concepts, practices, and procedures.
- Strong customer service skills and ability to ensure a positive support experience.
- Proficiency in using logic and reasoning to analyze different solutions and approaches.
- Demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills and a strong approach to resolution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members in a fast-paced setting to meet project deadlines.
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs when required.
- Willingness to support system upgrades 2 to 3 times each year.
👩💻👨💻 Your responsibilities are
- Serve as the primary contact for technical queries and issues, managing access setups and modifications.
- Accurately identify technical problems, gather relevant information, and conduct thorough research using all available resources.
- Evaluate and test new technologies and software while consulting leadership to meet security needs and improve functionality.
- Develop procedures for monitoring and analyzing technical and financial data related to company software, hardware, and equipment in both office and field settings.
- Oversee the inventory of computers and mobile devices.
- Use Mobile Device Management (MDM) software for mobile devices.
- Provide assistance and support for various internal systems, including Alarm Systems, Access Control, and Tool Management.
- Document support requests properly and track incidents to resolution or escalation.
- Travel to external locations as necessary for troubleshooting and equipment gathering.
- Elevate unresolved issues to a third-party IT service provider.
- Work on-site; remote work options are not available.
- Collaborate with third-party IT vendors on a variety of support tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
