Job Summary
The Client Services Specialist is responsible for client support for the label clients who distribute their music with Create Music Group, through our internal software service, Label Engine. This role will also manage Label Engine administrative tasks that keep the distribution side of the business running. The Client Services Specialist provides support as an integral part of our music distribution cycle and is a great opportunity to further develop your skillsets in administrative support and build a career in the music business.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service to our clients via email, and live chat
- Assist customers with platform questions, troubleshooting and general distribution inquiries
- Answer product-related questions and provide information about our music catalog, releases, and promotions
- Handle customer complaints and escalate complex issues to management
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using our CRM system
- Stay informed about industry trends, new music releases, and upcoming events to provide informed recommendations to customers
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service processes and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Can organize large amounts of data efficiently
- High attention to detail
- An expert in time management
- $20.00-$24.00 USD per hour
- The final compensation within this range will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and overall fit for the role.
