Credence has an immediate opening for a Director's Action Group Manager who will be primarily responsible for supporting the Air Force Life Cycle Management Center WAM (AFLCMC/WAM) directorate, F-16 division at multiple locations.

F-16 "Viper" AFLCMC/WAM is headquartered at Hill Air Force Base with units located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Tyndall Air Force Base, Eglin Air Force Base, and Davis-Monthan Air Force Base. The F-16 "Viper" is a multi-role fighter jet delivering air-to-air, air-to-ground, and surveillance capabilities for the United States Air Force (USAF) and Coalition Partners.

The F-16 program has the largest Foreign Military Sales (FMS) program in U.S. history producing over 4,500 jets for 24 countries. Each F-16 FMS case is uniquely tailored to country requirements / development / funding. Presently, FMS production orders exist through 2030. Additionally, the F-16 program includes the Multi-National Fighter Program (MNFP). MNFP is not a typical FMS program, but a unique, cooperative USAF and development program implemented through the FMS process under the framework of a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU). MNFP began in 1975 with the countries of Belgium, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Norway; Portugal joined in 200.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the duties listed below:

  • Assist F-16 Division PMs in development of both content and format and review acquisition documents IAW Air Force Standards and process acquisition documents and staff packages through the Fighter (WA) Directorate. The Contractor shall assist to upload documents onto the Fighters Program Executive Group (PEG) tracking system; shall act as a Point of Contact (POC) to the Fighters PEG on any questions, required document changes, and assist to ensures final coordination/approval by the Fighters Air Force Program Executive Officer (AFPEO).
  • Assist to develop, produce, and facilitate program reviews involving various levels of command including, but not limited to, the F-16 Combined Program Management Review (CPMR) for USAF and the F-16 Integrated Program Management Review (IPMR) for USAF-wide participants.
  • Assist in integration, communication, coordination, organizational and planning expertise to technical and acquisition efforts across a broad spectrum of functional disciplines in order to effectively assist Air Force programs to deliver and sustain Air Force warfighting capabilities.
  • Assist to manage all coordination and suspense control activities for all inquiries from higher HQ, prepare responses for the F-16 Capabilities Branch Chief and Deputy's approval, and provide recommendations for dispositions.
  • Assist with and conduct F-16 staff meetings to include status of all taskings to F-16 senior leadership. The Contractor shall support the tasking interface between F-16 Division organizational elements at HAFB and WPAFB, ensuring full coordination is achieved.
  • Assist to facilitate weekly telecommunications between the F-16 senior staff and the SAF/AQ Air Staff Program Element Monitors (PEMs).
  • Assist to ensure that program operational and business issues are receiving proper visibility and actions are staffed to provide optimum force structure to meet program requirements
  • Assist to gather, analyze, and evaluate information required by program or project managers and all stakeholders
  • Assist to provide program management support to the Chief, USAF Capabilities Branch assisting key members of the response teams responding to high priority Command inquiries and taskers.
  • Provide support to perform tasks as necessary to support management operations functions. These tasks shall include answer phones, schedule telecons and Video Teleconferences (VTC), prepare organizational charts, enter data, integrate information into required reports, generate and maintain training requirements, files, forms and established file plans, process mail (receive, sign for, and distribute mail, both classified and unclassified, and access, store, and handle classified material), process and prepare correspondence (both classified and unclassified), and manage and operate fax equipment.
  • Assist in developing internal and external briefings and reports.
  • Assist in filing and retrieving graphics materials to facilitate research and expedite creation of briefings and reports, compile and prepare briefings and reports in both electronic and hard copy to use for special and/or recurring reports, and provide assistance during briefings
  • Provide program management support to the F-16 Director and Front Office Group (FOG) acting as a key member of response teams responding to high priority Pentagon and Command inquiries and taskers.
  • Collect, process, and prepare analysis of metrics in response to taskings received from internal and higher-level management sources.
  • Handle Secure Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPRNET) communications to ensure that cognizant parties are informed, appropriate responses are prepared, coordinated, and communicated while maintaining the appropriate security disciplines.

Requirements

  • Minimum of an active Secret security clearance
  • Master's or Doctoral Degree in a related field and a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical / professional discipline being performed, at least five (5) of which must be in the DoD
  • OR, Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline being performed, five (5) of which must be in the DoD
  • OR, a minimum of fifteen (15) years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD
