Position: Creative Filmmaker / Content Creator

Compensation: $45/hour

Location: Remote

Commitment: 10–40 hours/week

Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)

• Develop creative video ideas and produce short-form video content based on provided guidelines.
• Shoot high-quality video clips using professional camera equipment (must own a camera and tripod).
• Perform basic video editing, including trims, string-outs, and exports, ensuring quick turnaround times.
• Work closely with the team to ensure the videos align with project goals, vision, and style.
• Adapt and deliver fresh visual ideas, experimenting with different formats and approaches to keep content engaging and innovative.

Requirements

• Strong professional experience as a filmmaker or content creator.
• Demonstrated ability to create compelling video content (portfolio or reel required).
• Proficiency in basic video editing software (Premiere, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and deliver polished content on tight timelines.
• Strong creative problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to different project environments and challenges.
