What success looks like (first 3–6 mon

- ext.Repeated friction (KYC, deposits, rules confusion, access issues) is documented and fed back to Product / CRM / Growth so it gets fixed, not just answe
- red.Each challenge produces real student wins and testimonials that hosts and marketing actually
use.

Re
- quirements2–4+ years in crypto / trading community management, customer success for a trading / fintech / edtech product, or a sim
- ilar role.Solid working knowledge of crypto and

You do not need to be a pro trader, but you must be able to guide beginners safely and avoid reckl
