Registered Nurse (Minimal Data Set) EDRP Approved

The VA North Texas Health Care System, Dallas, Texas is seeking a Registered Nurse (Minimum Data Set Nurse) to assess, plan, implement, monitors and evaluate care based on age-specific components in a long term care setting. The Registered Nurse assumes responsibility for the coordination of care focused on updating data, patient education, self management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care.

This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP).
