Job Description


What can I expect on the programme?


Our HR team is at the heart of Danone, supporting every function across the UK and Ireland. We attract and develop great people, champion wellbeing and inclusion, and help shape the culture that makes Danone unique.


On our two-year HR programme, you’ll gain hands-on experience in two key areas:


  • Agile Team: Lead critical people and engagement initiatives including supporting our people cycle, managing our people analytics, leading social relations cases, and broader HR projects to drive positive change in the working environment.
  • Talent Team: Run end-to-end recruitment, support our employer brand strategy (including managing our TikTok channel), and take ownership of talent data, turning it into critical insights that inform key decisions and budget planning.


You’ll spend one year in each team, swapping at the halfway point, so you’ll build a broad skillset and see the full scope of HR at Danone. Along the way, you’ll work with colleagues across the business, develop your project management and communication skills.


What will you do day-to-day?


  • Work with stakeholders at all levels, both inside and outside Danone, to deliver HR projects and initiatives.
  • Manage recruitment campaigns, engage with and assess candidates, and help bring new talent into the business.
  • Support our employer brand, including content creation.
  • Manage social relations cases, including performance & absence management cases with care and confidentiality, building trust across the business.
  • Analyse large data sets, manage budgets, and contribute to key HR decisions.
