Internship – Social Media, Content Marketing, Customer Service
DECORAMIJob Description
- Your varied responsibilities include creating social media content, managing our community, and handling customer service
- In collaboration with our team, you will produce engaging content such as DIYs and giveaways for our followers on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Actively expand UGC development and strengthen influencer partnerships
- You will serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and advise interested customers with decoration ideas via email and phone
- You will be given broad creative freedom and take on responsibility from day one
- You will support decoration projects at top locations and with influencers and can contribute your own ideas
Requirements
- You are currently studying Business Administration, Design, or Marketing
- Ideally, you have first practical experience in online & social media marketing and in the e‑commerce sector
- You speak and write German fluently
- You enjoy being on camera, want to be part of our social media campaigns, and confidently contribute creative ideas
- You’re not afraid to pitch in, to approach people directly, and to take the lead in viral marketing activities
- We prefer compulsory (course-required) internships and a minimum internship duration of 3 months
