Internship – Social Media, Content Marketing, Customer Service

Job Description

• Your varied responsibilities include creating social media content, managing our community, and handling customer service
• In collaboration with our team, you will produce engaging content such as DIYs and giveaways for our followers on Instagram, TikTok, and Pinterest
• Actively expand UGC development and strengthen influencer partnerships
• You will serve as a point of contact for customer inquiries and advise interested customers with decoration ideas via email and phone
• You will be given broad creative freedom and take on responsibility from day one
• You will support decoration projects at top locations and with influencers and can contribute your own ideas

Requirements

• You are currently studying Business Administration, Design, or Marketing
• Ideally, you have first practical experience in online & social media marketing and in the e‑commerce sector
• You speak and write German fluently
• You enjoy being on camera, want to be part of our social media campaigns, and confidently contribute creative ideas
• You’re not afraid to pitch in, to approach people directly, and to take the lead in viral marketing activities
• We prefer compulsory (course-required) internships and a minimum internship duration of 3 months
