📝 Rquirements

• Bachelors degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a technical support role, focusing on support and configuration.
• Familiarity with various peripherals, including interactive LCD/LED boards, projectors, and smart displays.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 & 11, M365, iPad OS, and Apple OS 10.15 or newer.
• Experience utilizing remote support tools and service desk software.
• Strong oral and written communication abilities.
• Capability to perform under pressure while delivering exceptional customer service.
• Self-motivated and a team-oriented individual.
• Outstanding organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Competence in interviewing end-users to identify system requirements and simplifying technical concepts for users at all levels.
• Experience in K-12 educational settings and a demonstrated sense of positive business acumen is an advantage.

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are

• Provide comprehensive help desk support to over 3,500 end users.
• Manage computer setup, desktop software installation, upgrades, and maintenance.
• Perform imaging and troubleshooting of devices, including local and network printer installation.
• Assist network engineers, analysts, and IT security personnel with project implementations.
• Collaborate across all diocesan offices to ensure effective technology support.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies relevant to educational, mobile, and cloud computing.
• Specify, order, receive, and label computer assets.
• Set up, test, and operate various AV equipment including microphones, speakers, projectors, screens, cameras, and lighting during live events while quickly diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
