Technical Lead IOS & Android
E Solutions- Tech Lead: Responsible to drive reliability, observability, and operational excellence for mobile (iOS & Android) applications. This role will lead a cross-functional team, define technical strategies, and ensure robust monitoring and incident management practices.
- Lead design and implementation of monitoring, alerting, and reliability frameworks for native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) apps.
- Define SLIs/SLOs for mobile and web platforms.
- Oversee proactive monitoring scripts and dashboards for application health.
- Guide RCA processes and ensure preventive measures are implemented.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and DevOps teams to embed reliability into SDLC.
- Mentor team members and ensure knowledge sharing through documentation and KBs.
- Drive DevOps maturity assessment and roadmap execution.
