Lead cloud architecture strategy and implementation for enterprise applications as our GCP Cloud Platform & Product Architect. Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive cloud architecture solutions for infrastructure and applications in Google Cloud Platform
  • Create and maintain reference architectures, guiding principles, and solution building blocks for enterprise cloud adoption
  • Define technology standards and future state roadmaps for cloud services and programmable infrastructure
  • Ensure security is integrated into all cloud architecture solutions through proper design and implementation
  • Lead architectural decisions for GCP implementations while communicating impacts to stakeholders
  • Develop proof-of-concepts and position papers to drive technological improvements and innovation

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience as a Cloud Platform & Product Architect with deep expertise in GCP environments
  • Proven experience setting up enterprise-level account structures and security models in Google Cloud
  • Strong knowledge of cloud-based delivery models, PaaS offerings, and data integration patterns
  • Experience applying engineering and coding skills in agile environments with DevOps practices
  • Familiarity with IT architecture methodologies (e.g., TOGAF) and service management processes (ITIL)
  • Demonstrated ability to create technical roadmaps and drive architectural decisions at enterprise scale
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences

This posting includes a good faith range of the salary EPAM would reasonably expect to pay the selected candidate. The range provided reflects base salary only. Individual compensation offers within the range are based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to: geographic location, experience, credentials, education, training; the demand for the role; and overall business and labor market considerations. Most candidates are hired at a salary within the range disclosed. Salary range: $130,000 - $180,000.
