About The Role
We are hiring a motivated Junior SEO Specialist with a strong interest in digital marketing and search engine optimization. This role will focus on supporting SEO strategies, executing foundational SEO tasks, and learning from senior team members.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to grow their skills in SEO, digital analytics, and online marketing.
Key Responsibilities
SEO Support and Execution
- Assist in keyword research and basic on-page optimization (meta tags, headings, internal linking).
- Help monitor website performance using SEO tools (Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.).
- Support technical SEO tasks such as site audits, crawl checks, and mobile optimization.
- Research industry trends and algorithm updates to stay current.
- Support client deliverables such as reports, performance summaries, and basic recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure SEO best practices are followed.
- Participate in training and knowledge-sharing sessions with the marketing team.
- Work closely with senior SEO specialists to gain hands-on experience.
- Apply feedback to continuously improve skills and understanding of SEO.
- Take initiative in learning new tools and techniques.
Skills & Knowledge
- Basic understanding of SEO principles (on-page, off-page, and technical SEO).
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Ability to stay organized and detail-oriented.
- Curious and eager to learn in a fast-paced digital environment.
- Strong communicator who can explain ideas clearly.
- Comfortable working independently as well as part of a remote team.
- 02 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing (internship or academic project experience welcome).
- Strong interest in building a career in SEO and digital marketing.
- 100% remote, work-from-home.
- Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Eastern Time.
- Must have:
