The Community Manager will be responsible for growing and engaging followers across social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Facebook, Discord, Reddit and YouTube, in turn playing a crucial role in enhancing the superfan experience, brand loyalty and user retention. Reporting into the Senior Manager of Organic Social, this position offers an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping our community's experience and contributing to the growth and success of our brand.

In this role, you will play a critical role in driving awareness among current users and casual fans alike through daily community engagement strategies that show off our brand personality.
The ideal candidate has extensive knowledge of sports-focused social media and the expectations of the communities there. The ideal candidate also possesses a deep passion and understanding of contemporary sport, sports betting and online gaming.

Launched in 2021, Fanatics Betting and Gaming is the online and retail sports betting subsidiary of Fanatics, a global digital sports platform. The Fanatics Sportsbook is available to 95% of the addressable online sports bettor market in the U.S. Fanatics Casino is currently available online in Michigan, New Jersey, Pennsylvania and West Virginia. Fanatics Betting and Gaming operates twenty-two retail sports betting locations, including the only sportsbook inside an NFL stadium at Northwest Stadium. Fanatics Betting and Gaming is headquartered in New York with offices in Denver, Leeds and Dublin.

What You'll Do
In this role, you will play a critical role in driving awareness among current users and casual fans alike through daily community engagement strategies that show off our brand personality.
- Represent the always-on voice of our brand to our customers, followers, and social media users through proactive and reactive community engagement strategies on social.
- Execute a content calendar of platform-first initiatives (including events, competitions, and campaigns) that support community participation and align with business priorities
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to coordinate campaigns, product launches, updates, and special promotions within the community Use social media platforms, social listening, and third-party community management analytics tools to measure performance results
- Monitor community activity, trends, and feedback to identify common issues, pain points, and opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Own our DMs, ensuring timely replies to community members seeking assistance or information related to our products and services
- Collaborate with the customer support team to ensure timely resolution of issues and maintain high levels of user satisfaction
- Advocate for the interests and needs of the community within the organization, representing their perspectives in decision-making processes
- Enforce community guidelines and moderation policies to maintain a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment for all members

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
- Proven experience driving social community engagement outcomes for brands
- A deep sense of responsibility and pride in everything you touch, and you hold yourself to a high bar
- Excellent copywriting skills and attention to detail, with proven experience translating brand voice and tonality to social
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences and build relationships
- Knowledge of current trends, regulations, and best practices in the betting and gaming sector is a plus
- Willingness to travel for events, activations, and offsites.
- Salary Range: $94,600 - $117,700 (Salary range incorporates all of our Geographical Compensation Zones and is subject to change as the Zone associated with the actual Offer is confirmed).
